1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Swarmay Travels. Customers are requested to provide accurate pickup and drop details during booking.
2. Payment Policy
- Advance payment may be required for outstation bookings.
- Remaining payment should be completed before or after the trip as agreed.
- Extra charges such as tolls, parking, state taxes, and driver allowance may apply separately.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for partial refunds.
- Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.
4. Driver & Vehicle
We provide professional drivers and clean, well-maintained vehicles. However, vehicle availability may vary depending on demand and operational conditions.
5. Delays & Responsibilities
Swarmay Travels is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic
- Weather conditions
- Roadblocks
- Natural events
- Government restrictions
6. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are requested to:
- Maintain proper behavior during the trip
- Avoid damaging the vehicle
- Keep personal belongings safe
Any damage caused by passengers may result in additional charges.
7. Safety Policy
Passenger safety is our priority. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service in case of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
